Pre-Development Consulting
Rose Associates provides Pre-Development consulting services in the following areas;
- Assist in the planning and development of the building configuration, floorplans and functionality of common area amenities.
- Assist in the planning of back-of-house designs and functions, including ground floor and service areas.
- Assist and consult in the development of unit mix and apartment layouts.
- Consult on the planning of finishes and fixtures for the apartment interiors and common areas of the building
- Assist and consult with owner's design and architectural teams.
- Provide comparable and pricing updates periodically.
- Provide marketing plans and budgets.
