Rose Associates Hires Michael Donuk as Property Management Portfolio Director 

Rose Associates, the New York-based full-service real estate firm, announced today that it has hired Michael Donuk as a portfolio director within the company’s property management division. Donuk joins Rose from Argo Real Estate, where he acted as director of management.

“Michael has extensive experience managing residential properties in New York City,” said J. Brian Peters, chief operating officer of at Rose Associates. “We look forward to him applying his expertise to a selection of high-end owner-occupied buildings managed by Rose.”

Donuk, 45, has two decades of experience in residential property management. He recently acted as a consultant at the Rose-managed City Lights, a 43-story, 525-unit cooperative building in Long Island City. While at Argo Real Estate, Donuk oversaw a large team of property managers and was responsible for the management of 9,000 units of housing at properties located throughout New York City. Earlier in his career he served as a senior account executive at The Equity Management Group. Donuk has created and managed a variety of capital improvement programs at owner-occupied properties and has consistently brought projects to completion on schedule and within budget.

A native New Yorker, Donuk currently resides in Manhattan. He is an active member of Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is working toward obtaining the Certified Property Manager designation.
