Adam R. Rose

Adam R. Rose is a leading expert on the design, construction, leasing, sales, and management of high-rise apartment buildings. His career in real estate spans 25 years.

In 1990-91 he directed the simultaneous co-op conversion of 9 Rose Associates buildings in a project that was the largest and most successful conversion ever done in New York.

Following the conversions, Adam served as senior executive for the repositioning and sell-out of Three Lincoln Center, a condominium that was owned by a group of Japanese banks.

In 1996, Adam accomplished the condominium conversion of The Allegro at 62 West 62nd Street. After the sell-out of that building, Adam directed the sales and marketing of The Siena, a 73 unit luxury condominium on East 76th Street.

In 1998, Adam oversaw the design and construction of Le Rivage at 21 West Street, a 293 unit conversion of a historic Art Deco office building to luxury rentals. He also directed the marketing and rental program of the building.

The Madison Belvedere, a 404 unit luxury rental building at 10 East 29th Street is another example of Adam's development skills having been completed and fully rented in early 2000. In 2001 Rose Associates opened The Metropolis, a 361 unit rental building at 150 East 44th Street.

In 2003 Mr. Rose negotiated a fee development role on The Helena, a 596 unit, 80/20 residential LEED certified rental development at 601 West 57th Street. Rose Associates developed the property on behalf of The Durst Organization.

Starting in 2004 Adam took the lead in the repositioning of Peter Cooper Village and Stuyvesant Town as a management and marketing assignment from Met Life. The attention to detail, efficient operation and increased value was realized by Met Life when in 2007 the property was sold for $5.4 Billion.

Most recently Mr. Rose took the design lead on a fee development for Marine Estates at 55 West 25th Street. This 406 unit 80/20 residential rental was positioned to be the finest rental in the City with "condo level" amenities and finishes.

Adam is a member of the Board of Governors of the Real Estate Board of New York, a trustee of the New York Botanical Garden, and a trustee of the Citizens Budget Commission.  Mr.Rose graduated from Yale University with a Bachelors of Arts degree.
