As chief financial officer of Rose Associates, Inc., John A. Gacinski is responsible for all financial affairs of the firm, including acquisitions, financings and dispositions.
He recently oversaw all financial aspects of the firm's disposition of One Financial Center, a 46-story commercial office tower in Boston.
With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Gacinski joined Rose Associates in 1997. He is an expert in complex financing, financial planning and tax regulations, and specializes in dealing with government regulatory agencies.
Prior to joining Rose Associates Mr. Gacinski was tax director at Lawrence Ruben Company, and he worked at Morgan Stanley, where he handled tax and financial planning for the firm's managing directors. Earlier in his career he worked for accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand.
Mr. Gacinski is certified public accountant and has been published in the CPA Journal. He earned a Bachelor's degree from St. John's University. Mr.Gacinski is a member of New York State Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
