William H. Sandholm joined Rose Associates, Inc. in 1963 and has held numerous positions during his career at the firm. Mr. Sandholm has in-depth experience in all aspects of development and construction.
Currently he oversees the firm's construction activities, which continue to be a significant portion of his responsibilities.
In addition to his day-to-day participation in company operations and planning, his responsibilities include banking relationships and project evaluation, with special expertise in financial administration, systems and profitability analysis. He also oversees all of the firm's development activities and major financial transactions.
Mr. Sandholm received a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Pace University. He is a member of the board of trustees for The Cooper Union. Mr. Sandholm has been a licensed professional engineer in the State of New York. He is also member of the Counselors of Real Estate, the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Mortgage Bankers Association and the Real Estate Board of New York.
