Rose Advisory will combine superior real estate operating services with our financial advisory capacity to maximize the value of our clients' real estate assets.
Rose Advisory's services will include financial analysis, alternative debt strategies, property oversight, building design recommendations and marketing advice along with traditional services that include: pre-development consulting, development, construction management, asset management, property management, residential marketing, retail and commercial leasing, as well as financial and IT services.
Rose Advisory can focus on individual assets or portfolios across all markets in the U.S. We will work with the client to develop a plan around stated goals based on long and short term needs. Our main focus will be:
- Loan management for clients with loans that are backed by real estate.
- Loan restructuring, analysis and recommendations.
- Asset management.
Rose Advisory is led by James Hedden, who has over 23 years of investment advisory, real estate finance and loan workout experience, most recently as head of Bank of America's New York office. Jim will work with Frank Creamer, who has been retained by Rose Associates. Frank brings over 32 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, investment advisory, loan restructuring and corporate finance.
