7 West 21st Street Welcomes Its First Residents

Posted On November 17, 2016

Rose Associates reports that an initial group of tenants has begun to move into 7 West 21st Street, the newly constructed luxury rental in the heart of the Flatiron District. A Morris Adjmi-designed, 18-story, block-through property, 7 West 21st Street features two residential towers connected by a shared lobby and atrium. One of the building’s towers fronts West 21st Street while the other fronts West 22nd Street. The lobby can be accessed from both streets.

“It’s a pleasure to welcome our initial group of residents to 7 West 21st Street,” said Amy Rose, co-president of Rose Associates. “This is a special property that we were able to develop in the heart of one of Manhattan’s finest landmarked areas. It’s a thrill to see the towers come to life.”

The property is comprised of 289 rental apartments in studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations. Each apartment features hardwood flooring throughout, Bosch washer and dryers, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Kitchens are equipped with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances by GE and Fisher & Paykel. Bathrooms feature Kohler fixtures and floating vanities.

Leasing began at the property late last month and will continue while more and more apartments are released for occupancy. 7 West 21st Street includes an entire floor of amenities centered around a large interior courtyard that will provide residents with an exceptional green space.

Along with its tiered landscaped garden, 7 West 21st Street has a residents’ lounge with catering kitchen and private event spaces, a gaming room with foosball and billiards, a video game room, a children’s playroom, a yoga studio and complete fitness center. Each of the property’s two towers has its own distinct, landscaped rooftop with barbecue grills and lounge areas. The building also offers on-site parking and bicycle storage.

Situated between Fifth and Sixth avenues, 7 West 21st Street is one-block from Madison Square Park and a short walk to the F, M, N and R subway lines.

Rose Associates is currently leasing a limited edition of 231residential units with grand opening incentives. Monthly rents range from $3,757 for studio apartments to $7,462 for two-bedroom homes. The leasing office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday – Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Leasing agents can be reached at (646) 779-0721 and information can be found at www.7W21.com.
