7 West 21st Street Welcomes Its First Residents

Rose Associates reports that an initial group of tenants has begun to move into 7 West 21st Street, the newly constructed luxury rental in the heart of the Flatiron District. A Morris Adjmi-designed, 18-story, block-through property, 7 West 21st Street features two residential towers connected by a shared lobby and atrium. One of the building’s towers fronts West 21st Street while the other fronts West 22nd Street. The lobby can be accessed from both streets.
