Thanks to some architectural creativity and a keen eye for maximizing space, residents at Manhattan’s William Beaver House are enjoying a novel creation that satisfies the need for a little work space: “The Murphy office.” According to Rose Associates, exclusive marketing and leasing agent for the property, residents now have a dedicated space to house their computers and files behind closed doors ...or, alternatively, to hide all the paperwork they don’t want anyone to see!
