Based in New York, Rose Associates is an owner, developer and manager of premium residential properties. From planning a new development to managing day-to-day property operations, our Rose 360 Platform offers a full range of services designed to maximize the value of real estate. We currently oversee more than 26,000 units across New York, with approximately $2 billion under development for ourselves and clients.

Job duties include:

• General building cleaning (floors, carpet, windows, glass, furniture, appliances, apartments, etc.)
• Exterior grounds keeping (sweeping, power washing, mowing the lawn, hedge work, snow removal, clearing roofs, etc.)
• Assisting superintendent with projects and tasks as needed.
• Job consists of interior and exterior work.

Qualifications:

• Must have hands on knowledge and direct experience working within a luxury residential building with floor machines, stripping, buffing, waxing, carpet extractors, blowers, lawn mowers, snow blowers, trimmers and other residential maintenance equipment

The compensation range for this position is $20.26 - $20.38 per hour depending on location.
