Job Title Accounts Payable Administrator

Position Description:

This position ensures that bills and invoices are paid in a timely manner which maintains Rose Association reputation of integrity.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input invoices daily.
  • Accurately input pertinent information to create checks.
  • Research unpaid and duplicate A/P invoices.
  • Sort and batch invoices for entry.
  • File paid invoices.

Position may be required to perform duties outside their normal responsibilities as needed and when requested.

Qualifications and Competencies:
  • Yardi and MRI experience strongly preferred
  • 2 years of A/P experience
  • 4 years of experience in administrative and clerical work
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Knowledgeable of the real estate industry
