Position Description:

Rose Associates Capital Group’s Development team is responsible for the overall design, coordination, execution, and completion of development projects. The Project Coordinator will be an integral part of the team, working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and dynamic environment in close collaboration with senior management. The Project Coordinator will perform support tasks involved in the implementation of a project, including budgeting, scheduling, organizing, record-keeping, and handling the information flow to/from/within the project team.  The Project Coordinator will schedule meetings between stakeholders, clients, employees, and the project team. The successful candidate will prepare the presentation items for meetings and take meeting minutes to track important decisions, action items, or follow up items.  The Project Coordinator will also assist the Development Accountant in performing activities related to budgets, contracts, change orders, budget re-allocations, lien waiver review and insurance COI conformance.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and communicate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure that they are in compliance with the requisition format and provide the required support documentation
  • Maintain complete project files in conjunction with Accounting and project teams for the entire duration of each project
  • Maintain Development schedules
  • Manage the compliance of required project documents and maintain project files
  • Maintain workflow between the Development team and internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with project communications by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
Qualifications and Competencies:
  • 5-7 years of experience with Development projects
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, organize and coordinate work efficiently, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a very fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to present work in a concise, complete and easily comprehendible manner
  • Good interpersonal skills; capable of maintaining strong relationships with diverse constituents
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 required
