|Job Title||Part-Time Lifestyle Coordinator|

The individual in this position assists the Director with managing all aspects of building-sponsored events in order to maximize the resident experience and increase resident retention, as well as management’s ability to attract new residents, thereby increasing the building’s net revenue.
*Assisting on all event days
*Handling Room Reservations
*Completing & Processing Amenity Agreements
*Processing Key Fobs
*Monitoring Amenity Spaces over the weekend
*Ensuring residents abide by amenity space rules
*Manage & Stock Coffee Machine Inventory
*Create and send out notifications to residents
*Resolve or address amenity issues when Lifestyle Director is unavailable
|Qualifications and Competencies:||
*Prior experience in event planning, fitness center management, public relations or as an activities specialist, group leader or program coordinator
Hours and Schedule: Will vary depending on event schedule. Flexibility needed. Some evenings and weekends are required. Approximately 20 hours per week.
