Rose Associates, the New York-based multifamily real estate developer and manager, has announced that Frette recently signed a 1,570-square-foot, 10-year lease at 806 Madison Avenue in New York City. The Rose-managed space is at street level and located on the southwest corner of 68th Street and Madison Avenue.
Christian Stanton, managing director of Cushman & Wakefield, represented building owner
Storepark LLC in the transaction. The CBRE team of Joseph Hudson and Duane Davis
represented Frette, the Italian textile company known for its luxury linens. Frette plans to
relocate to 806 Madison Avenue by August 2023.
“806 Madison Avenue is located in the heart of New York’s premier retail corridor, and we are pleased to have worked with Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE and Storepark to facilitate a lease that keeps Frette well positioned in this neighborhood for years to come,” said Michele Bengelsdorf, managing director of asset management at Rose Associates.
Rose Associates’ commercial real estate division oversees the leasing and management of
roughly one million-square-feet of commercial space. The company has retail properties in
neighborhoods that include the Flatiron, Greenwich Village, Chelsea and downtown
Brooklyn. Rose is currently marketing an additional retail space at 1245 Madison Avenue at
89th Street.
