Global Holdings and Rose Associates launch leasing at Anagram Columbus Circle, Creating the First Luxury Rental on Billionaire's Row

Global Holdings, the international real estate development and investment firm founded and led by Eyal Ofer, today announced the launch of leasing at its newly-developed luxury rental property, Anagram Columbus Circle. The 26-story residential tower, located mere steps from Central Park, is a first of its kind offering crafted to create an elevated residential experience on par with its Billionaire’s Row neighbors.

Global Holdings has been at the forefront of some of the most notable luxury residential developments in New York City, including 15 Central Park West, The Greenwich Lane, 520 Park and 18 Gramercy Park South.

Located at the corner of West 60th Street and Broadway, the 340-foot tall tower was designed by New York architecture and design firm INC Architecture & Design as Design Architect and Interior Designer and SLCE as Architect of Record. Originally a mixed-use commercial property owned and managed by Global Holdings, the international developer made the decision to demolish the existing structure in favor of a ground-up building, allowing them complete control over the design.

Anagram Columbus Circle marks the second property within the Anagram brand, which offers a unique approach to luxury rental housing, focusing on world-class design, unmatched lifestyle amenities and hyper local connections to the surrounding neighborhoods. Global Holdings will thoughtfully expand its Anagram offerings and target select New York City neighborhoods to expand the brand.

To create a modern façade that retained texture, warmth and life, INC drew inspiration from the property’s iconic views of Columbus Circle and Central Park, the site’s unique triangulation, and Broadway’s defining diagonal geometry. A gentle curve eases the force of Broadway as it meets Columbus Circle and West 60th Street and reorients the facade toward a more graciously scaled entrance on the quieter side street (West 60th St). This architectural moment seamlessly translates to Anagram Columbus Circle’s interiors and is reflected in the lobby and the half-rounded kitchen islands in the homes.

“The big theme from the urban gesture to the interiors is ‘bending Broadway’. The gentle bend became the leitmotif of everything from the interior architecture to the furnishings,” said Adam Rolston, Founding Partner and Creative & Managing Director at INC. “We also brought meticulous attention to material, detail, and proportion, directly informed by the site’s historic and social context to evoke a softly modern and quietly iconic form for the New York City skyline through our forensic aesthetic approach.”


The 123 residences at Anagram Columbus Circle range from studios to expansive four-bedroom apartments, with three pristine penthouse homes crowning the top of the building. Select residences feature a private terrace or balcony, taking advantage of the property’s proximity to Central Park and meeting the demand from today’s renter for private outdoor space. The warm interiors feature materials including cerused white oak flooring, silver pewter metals and terrazzo.

Seven-foot windows invite the outdoors in. Designed for convenience and functionality for both day-to-day living and entertaining, the kitchens feature Caesarstone countertops, Italian cabinetry, Bosch and Wolf appliances and wine cabinets accommodating up to 28 bottles in select apartments. All homes include Bosch or L washer and dryer units, generous walk-in closets and spa-like bathrooms featuring alcove tubs and terrazzo tile.

In anticipation of a summer completion, Anagram Columbus Circle is celebrating its leasing launch with a first look inside the property through a full floor of model residences outfitted by interior design firm, The Setting.
