Rose Associates has announced that a preview leasing period is underway at The Maximilian, Long Island City’s newly constructed, full-service luxury residential building. The Maximilian is located at 5-11 47th Avenue, between Long Island City’s waterfront and the shopping and dining corridor of Vernon Boulevard.
