Rose Associates, the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for The Rental Collection at William Beaver House, a luxury condominium building at 15 William St., announced today that 75 percent of the 208 condominiums in the collection have been leased.
Strong demand for apartments with luxury amenities and superior finishes has attracted discerning tenants to the 47-story building, which is located in the heart of the Financial District. Since receiving the assignment in February, Rose has leased 152 homes at the property, with rents averaging $57 per square foot and going as high as $70 per square foot. Construction at the building is fully complete and remaining homes are available for immediate occupancy.
“We continue to see strong demand for luxury properties. The Rental Collection at William Beaver House offers an unusual opportunity for renters to enjoy all the benefits of a brand new condominium building,” said Robert A. Scaglion, senior managing director of residential marketing at Rose Associates. “In addition to unique design elements and careful attention to detail, tenants have been particularly drawn to the building’s extraordinary amenities.”
William Beaver House boasts unparalleled recreation and fitness facilities for residents, including a fully equipped fitness center with yoga room, squash court, glass enclosed lap pool with lounge deck and a terrace hot tub, sauna and steam rooms. There are also outdoor basketball, handball and tetherball courts, and men’s and women’s locker rooms.
There is a screening room with wet bar and a coat check for guests. Additional building conveniences include a 24-hour doorman and concierge, and the Penthouse Sky Lounge with catering kitchen, dining area and terrace. The pet-friendly building features a covered and landscaped outdoor dog run.
Setbacks on the exterior of William Beaver House allow for plenty of natural light and airflow to reach each home, a unique selling point in the Financial District. Each home in The Rental Collection is impeccably appointed and features nearly 10-foot ceilings; Burmese teak flooring; double-glazed plate glass windows with horizontal shade pockets; washer and dryer; walk-in closets; and individual climate control in each residence. Many homes feature a Murphy Office, which allows residents to effortlessly stow computers and paperwork behind closet doors.
Custom kitchens, concealed by cabinetry-matched panels, include Caesarstone countertops and gourmet appliances. Bathrooms are appointed with adjustable, full-height louvered doors that open to allow in natural light; separate shower and water closet enclosures; custom, deep-soaking tubs, and cantilevered Corian vanities.
Homes in The Rental Collection are available in studio, one-, two-and three-bedroom configurations, with monthly rents from $3,325 to $8,700. The on-site leasing office, located on the 40th floor at 15 William Street, is open Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome.
