Rental Collection at William Beaver House is 75 Percent Leased

Rose Associates, the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for The Rental Collection at William Beaver House, a luxury condominium building at 15 William St., announced today that 75 percent of the 208 condominiums in the collection have been leased. 

Strong demand for apartments with luxury amenities and superior finishes has attracted discerning tenants to the 47-story building, which is located in the heart of the Financial District. Since receiving the assignment in February, Rose has leased 152 homes at the property, with rents averaging $57 per square foot and going as high as $70 per square foot. Construction at the building is fully complete and remaining homes are available for immediate occupancy.
