Rose Associates Hires Michael Cormier-Burke

Rose Associates, the New York-based full-service real estate firm, announced today that it has hired Michael Cormier-Burke as a manager, overseeing training for residential leasing staff and quality assurance. Cormier-Burke joins Rose from Archstone/Equity Residential where he acted as a leasing associate and trainer as well as a customer service associate.
“Michael is an expert in training leasing professionals and he also has extensive experience in quality assurance,” said Rob Werner, managing director at Rose. “We are excited that he will be assisting our leasing teams involved in new development and maintenance leasing.”
Cormier-Burke, 38, started his career in residential leasing nearly a decade ago in Orlando, FL. He joined Archstone/Equity Residential in 2009 as a Leasing Associate. While at Archstone/Equity Residential, he was responsible for coaching leasing agents and managers on sales techniques, fair housing compliance and corporate policies. He also addressed resident needs and worked directly with leasing teams to generate and negotiate lease renewals.
At Rose, Cormier-Burke’s main responsibility will be to ensure leasing professionals are providing the highest possible quality service. In addition to overseeing the quality assurance program he will conduct regular sales and systems training.
A resident of Manhattan, Cormier-Burke attended Northern Illinois University.
