Rose Associates Launches 'Leave It To Max', a Proprietary Concierge & Events Resident Amenity

Rose Associates, the New York-based full service real estate firm, has unveiled “Leave it to Max,” a concierge program that will be available to residents at select Rose-managed buildings. Leave it to Max will offer an array of lifestyle services and social activities designed to improve the quality of life for residents. The service will first be introduced to roughly 4,000 residents at fourteen Rose-managed buildings this Fall. Leave it to Max will continue to roll out at additional Rose buildings through the Winter and into 2013. 

“It is our ongoing aim to offer the highest standard of living to residents of Rose-managed buildings,” said Amy Rose, co-president of Rose, which has a management portfolio of approximately 27,000 apartments. “Leave it to Max is a broad concierge platform that will enhance our residents’ day-to-day lives both in-building and beyond.” Leave it to Max will be offered to residents at no charge and, as they would with a hotel concierge, residents will pay only for items they choose to purchase or contract. 

Leave it to Max is a virtual concierge that residents can access on the telephone, via the web and also on their mobile device. It is built around a variety of key services including: 

  • Move-in Assistance -- Leave it to Max will refer and coordinate moving services, arrange for utility set-up and activation, and contract specific services ranging from interior design to audio visual and IT install. 
  • Day-to-Day Services -- Residents are able to secure restaurant reservations, theater, concert and sporting event tickets, and a full array of pet services. Leave it to Max will also arrange for personal shopping, gift sourcing, spa services, and academic instruction. 
  • Building Events & Social Programming -- Compelling in-building events will be developed to appeal to a variety of Residents. These may include trunk shows, movie screenings, themed parties, tasting events and exercise classes. 

“From the moment a Rose resident signs a lease they will be able to utilize the Leave it to Max amenity,” said Jamie Kaufman, manager of Rose’s concierge program. “This service alleviates the burden of mundane tasks such as setting up utilities, selecting a mover or booking dinner reservations, but it is designed to do much more. We’ll be bringing viable social programming into our buildings via Leave it to Max and the service will enable residents to explore the assets of their immediate neighborhood and the larger city beyond.” 

This new concierge service will also offer ”Max’s Inner Circle,” a VIP card available to residents at a nominal fee. Max’s Inner Circle will provide users discounts at restaurants and a variety of retailers throughout New York City.
