Rose Associates Leases 1,562 S.F. Office to Lenox Hill Professional Nurses Union

Posted On August 29, 2013

Rose Associates has announced that it recently signed a ten-year lease with the Lenox Hill Nurses Union for a 1,562-square-foot office at The Eastmore at 241 East 75th Street in Manhattan.

Bruce Spiegel, senior managing director for Rose, represented the property owner in the transaction. Stanley Piesh of Prime Manhattan Realty represented the tenant.

“The Lenox Hill Nurses Union is an ideal fit at The Eastmore,” said Bruce Spiegel of Rose. “This is a high-end residential co-op with a select few commercial spaces. The Nurses Union is a low-impact tenant and the community holds them in high regard.”
