Rose Associates Leases 700 S.F. to Mint Clothing on 60 East 8th Street in Manhattan

Rose Associates, the exclusive leasing agent for Georgetown Plaza, has announced that it recently signed a new ten-year lease with Mint Clothing Co., LTD for a 700-square-foot space at 60 East 8th Street in Manhattan. 

Bruce Spiegel, senior managing director for Rose, represented in the property owner in the transaction. Chris Guzzello of Sinvin Real Estate represented Mint Clothing Co., LTD.
“This Georgetown Plaza location, near the N/R subway stop in the heart of the Village, enjoys tremendous foot traffic,” said Bruce Spiegel of Rose. “It’s also around the corner from University Walk, a collection of 27 retailers and food purveyors.”
Mint Clothing specializes in women’s fashion and operates three other stores, one on the Upper West Side and two in Long Island.
