Rose Associates, the New York-based full-service real estate firm, has announced that it recently signed an 834-square-foot, five-year lease with Quest Diagnostics at The Westmore, a property located at 333 West 57th Street in Manhattan.

Bruce Spiegel, senior managing director for Rose, represented both the property owner and the lessee in the transaction.

Quest Diagnostics is the world’s leading provider of diagnostic testing, information and services that patients and doctors need to make better healthcare decisions. At its new walk-in location at 333 West 57th Street, Quest Diagnostics will provide routine lab tests and other medical services.

“This building lies within the dense office and residential neighborhood that comprises the western portion of 57th Street, and it’s also a short walk to Columbus Circle and the transit options there,” said Bruce Spiegel of Rose.

Spiegel added that the space next door to Quest Diagnostic’s new store on West 57th Street is currently available. This former Radio Shack offers 1,450 square feet of street-level retail with adjoining basement storage space.
