Rose Associates announced today that it has been named exclusive leasing and managing agent at Renoir House and Electra. Located in Manhattan’s Upper East Side, the properties are comprised of more than 300 market rate apartments.

“We are pleased to secure these new assignments,” said Carol Jones, portfolio director at Rose Associates. “Each of these properties is well-positioned in the Upper East Side and features distinctive design elements with modern appeal.”

Renoir House, located at 225 East 63rd Street, was constructed in 1962 and its spacious apartments are being renovated and upgraded with plank floors and stainless steel appliances. The Lenox Hill building is located near the prime shopping along Madison Avenue. The building, with 150 apartments, has a full-time doorman and select homes offer expansive terraces.

Electra is a full-service rental property at 354 East 91st Street. The building has a fully staffed lobby and a parking garage. In addition to apartment renovations, the top floor is being transformed into an amenity space that will feature a fully equipped fitness center and a residents lounge. Located in Carnegie Hill, the 23-story Electra was built in 2003 and features 163 apartments, all with private balconies.

A recognized leader in property management, residential marketing and development, Rose Associates’ portfolio consists of more than 26,000 residential units in buildings throughout New York. The company recently began leasing at The Larstrand, a brand new luxury rental on 77th Street and Broadway.
