Rose Associates announced today that The Mount Sinai Medical Center’s Real Estate Division has named the firm exclusive managing agent of its residential staff housing portfolio. Rose will manage 25 apartment buildings for Mount Sinai, a portfolio comprised of more than 1,700 apartments and a total of 2 million square feet of space on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
“We are thrilled to be named property manager of Mount Sinai’s residential portfolio,” said Amy Rose, co-president of Rose Associates. “We look forward to developing a relationship with residents and providing high-quality management services to the properties.”

With the Mount Sinai appointment, Rose now manages the real estate assets of seven health care institutions; among them are Lenox Hill, Memorial Sloan Kettering and New York Presbyterian.
Mount Sinai’s residential portfolio is comprised of pre-war and modern mid-rise buildings. It includes residential units and commercial/retail storefronts and professional offices.
“As property manager, Rose Associates will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of all 25 buildings,” said Jeff Heifetz, managing director for Rose Associates. “We are currently in the process of evaluating services at the property and identifying ways to enhance resident satisfaction.
