Rose Associates, the New York-based full-service real estate firm, announced today that it has hired LaVon Napoli as manager of residential marketing. Napoli joins Rose from Sherman Advertising Associates where she was Senior Vice President.

“LaVon has managed numerous multi-level marketing campaigns for leading developers and she is a proven talent in the residential branding space,” said Robert A. Scaglion, senior managing director of residential marketing at Rose Associates. “At Rose, she will support marketing and lead generation efforts related to residential leasing and sales. She will also manage branding efforts for several new developments that are currently in the pipeline and which represent more than 2,000 new apartments.”

Napoli, 36, has worked in real estate marketing for more than a decade. She has developed successful advertising and marketing programs for a variety of real estate product lines from luxury condominium and retail centers to resort-style second-home communities. During her career she has executed campaigns for Tishman Speyer, Hines, and the W Hotel and Residences division of Starwood.

A graduate of Auburn University, Napoli earned her MBA in marketing from Georgia State University. She is a member of The Grace Church and The Parents League of New York, and she is active in the Auburn Alumni Association.
