Rose Associates Names Rafa Maciejak Manager of Sales

Rose Associates, the New York-based full-service real estate firm, announced today that Rafa Maciejak has been hired as Manager of Residential Sales. Maciejak, 42, will be responsible for overseeing the sponsor apartments in the Rose portfolio, as well as managing the sale staff at the Oro condominium. The property, located at 306 Gold Street in Brooklyn, is currently 80% sold.
“Rafa has strong knowledge of the sales and new development market, and has had great success marketing a variety of property types from luxury condos and co-ops to townhouses,” said Robert A. Scaglion, senior managing director of residential marketing at Rose Associates. “I’m excited to have Rafa join our team and to get him involved in the marketing services we provide to developers.”
Maciejak began his career nearly 12 years ago in Brooklyn, which is where he was born and raised. He has sold over $120 million of residential real estate in his career and he has extensive experience marketing new developments. Maciejak acted as Sales Director at the Argyle Condominium in Park Slope as well as Court Street Lofts in Carroll Gardens and was part of the sales team for the Two Trees conversion ‘the Sweeney building” in Dumbo. Prior to joining Rose, Maciejak acted as Senior Associate Broker for the Corcoran Group.
A graduate of Empire State College, Maciejak lives with his wife and young son in Brooklyn.
