Rose Associates Secures Agreement with Knoll, Inc. for 17,000 S.F. at Chelsea Landmark

Rose Associates has announced that Knoll Inc. recently signed a short-term agreement for 17,000 square feet of retail space at Chelsea Landmark, the luxury rental property located on Sixth Avenue between 25th and 26th streets in Manhattan.
Knoll will occupy the space for two weeks in conjunction with its annual warehouse sale, which begins November 17. This is the second short-term “pop-up” that Rose has secured at Chelsea Landmark this fall.
Bruce Spiegel and Bill Bergman of Rose Associates represented the property owner in the transaction. Knoll was represented by Rochelle Bass of Bellmarc Realty.
“The Chelsea Landmark space is ideal for Knoll. The foot traffic along Sixth Avenue is considerable and the neighborhood has a very strong office and residential base,” said Spiegel, senior managing director at Rose Associates. “What’s more, the space is a true showroom, with floor-to-ceiling glass walls and high visibility.”
Rose is currently seeking a long-term retail tenant for Chelsea Landmark, which offers 17,000 square feet of street-level space and roughly 7,300 square feet of lower-level space. The entire 23,000 square feet had been formerly occupied by Gracious Home, and offers possible divisions as well as venting for restaurant use.
