Rose Associates Tapped to Manage, Lease and Market One City Place in White Plains

Rose Associates has been chosen to manage, and to serve as exclusive leasing and marketing agent, for the prestigious 311-unit residential development known as One City Place at City Center in White Plains, N.Y.
Through the years, Rose Associates has been a major owner and developer of residential and commercial property in New York City, Westchester, Washington and Boston. The firm is also one of New York’s largest third-party real estate services firms.
The White Plains assignment represents a return to Westchester County and the expansion of the firm’s comprehensive, third-party services in the area.

Built in 2004, the rental tower comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, ranging in price from $1,875 to $4,700 per month.

A renovation of the building’s physical amenities is currently underway and will include the addition of a game room with Connect stations and a golf simulator. The new resident lounge will offer a fireplace, wet bar and large-screen television. The new fitness center was recently opened and features a separate room for yoga, pilates and stretching. Additional amenities include an attended lobby, indoor pool, sauna and roof deck.
