Rose Associates has announced that it has leased a 2,941-square-foot space to Le Pain Quotidien. The highly visible space at 1399 Madison Avenue formerly housed a restaurant known as One Fish Two Fish. Le Pain Quotidien’s lease is for 12 years.
Bruce Spiegel, senior managing director for Rose, and William Bergman, commercial leasing manager for Rose, represented the property owner, MSMC Residential Real Estate LLC, in the transaction. The CBRE team of Amira Yunis and Matt Krell represented Le Pain Quotidien.
“This is a very well trafficked area in one of Manhattan’s leading residential neighborhoods,” said Bruce Spiegel, senior managing director at Rose. “Le Pain Quotidien should surely enjoy having a presence here.”
Located on the northeast corner of 97th Street, 1399 Madison Avenue is in the heart of Carnegie Hill and very close to The Mount Sinai Medical Center.
