Rose Leases 3,500 S.F. to TD Bank at Broadway & 23rd Street

Rose Associates, the New York-based full service real estate firm, has announced that it recently signed a 15-year lease with TD Bank, N.A. for 3,428-square-feet at Madison Green, a building located on the southeast corner of Broadway and 23rd Street.
 
The space includes more than 150 feet of frontage on Broadway and 23rd Street, and it is adjacent to the N/R subway. TD Bank, which is expected to open in the summer of 2014, will join area retailers that include Restoration Hardware, Brooks Brothers, Eataly and Shake Shack. 
 
Bruce Spiegel, senior managing director for Rose, represented the property owner in the transaction. Christian Stanton and Joanne Podell of Cushman Wakefield represented TD Bank.
 
“This is a highly sought after street-level space in the heart of the Flatiron,” said Bruce Spiegel of Rose. “TD Bank will have great exposure on this busy corner, and they’ll see steady traffic from tourists, residents and professionals.”
 
Rose developed Madison Green over 25 years ago, and has handled leasing of the building’s retail and garage space ever since. TD Bank will join other national retailers at the property, including LensCrafters, Papyrus and FedEx.
