Rose Opens Leasing Office at The Ellington

Rose Associates, the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for The Ellington, announced today that a full-service leasing office has been opened at the residential building located at 260 West 52nd Street in Manhattan.  

Rose recently began to fully renovate each of The Ellington’s 215 apartments. First opened in 1987, The Ellington’s luxury apartments have long drawn interest from discriminating renters eager to live in the center of Manhattan.
“Our new leasing office allows us to better serve renters who are attracted by The Ellington’s midtown location and superior finishes,” said Robert A. Scaglion, senior managing director of residential marketing at Rose. “Luxury properties have been enjoying strong demand for some time, and this situation is amplified at The Ellington due to its recent renovation.”
Each home at The Ellington is equipped with custom kitchens that feature new stainless steel GE appliances, Zodiac countertops and newly tiled floors. Bathrooms, which also feature freshly tiled floors, have been outfitted with new Kohler sinks and Kohler faucets.  New plank wood flooring has been installed in living areas and bedrooms.  

The Ellington offers studio-, one- and two-bedroom apartments, with monthly rents ranging from $2,350 to $5,000. Wood burning fireplaces and outdoor terraces are available in select residences. The Ellington’s spacious lobby and 24-hour fitness center have also been renovated.  The gym features men’s and women’s locker rooms, each with a sauna. 

The Ellington’s new on-site leasing office is located on the property’s 11th floor and it will be open Tuesday through Friday from 10AM to 6PM and Saturday from 11AM to 5PM.
