Notably, her tenure at Empire State Realty Trust saw her spearheading transformative initiatives, including the implementation of cutting-edge HR and payroll technology to streamline business operations and support the company’s pre- and post-IPO transition. Likewise, her position at the urban agriculture startup Gotham Greens demonstrated her skill in guiding the company through swift expansion into new geographical markets across the nation, all while skillfully managing the company’s 275% increase in employee headcount.
