Jay Schofield
Managing Director, Institutional Real Estate
As Managing Director, Institutional Real Estate Jay is focused on over the overall operations, capital improvements, finances, asset managment and resident and owner relations for a portfolio of properties for Institutional Owners. Schofield has extensive expertise in improving and updating physical components of assets and utilizes proven data compiled and analyzed by Rose’s Property Management Group, to direct apartment renovations and create and improve amenities to enhance the overall resident experience.
Schofield joined Rose in 1995 and has been acting as Director of Institutional Real Estate. With a focus on the 30-building Mt. Sinai residential real estate portfolio and the three-building Sutton Terrace complex, Schofield has overseen everything from building operations, to capital improvements, finances, asset management, client relations and tenant relations. He first joined Rose as a property manager in 1995.
