Joshua Murphy
Managing Director, Multifamily
Joshua brings to Rose over 20 years of single- and multifamily property management experience. A Texas native, Joshua has extensive experience in third-party management, new construction, acquisitions, and improving underperforming assets in major markets across the Southern U.S. and the Northeast.
Prior to joining Rose Associates in 2020, Joshua held progressive roles at national companies like Alliance Residential, Greystar, and Riverstone Residential. In addition to his Director, Multifamily role, Joshua is co-chair of two of Rose’s Employee Resource Groups – Melanated (focusing on black employees) and Embrace (focusing on LGBTQ+ employees) – and is a member of the ERG Executive Sponsor Committee.
