The Maximilian

Rose partnered with O’Connor Capital to turn a former brownfield site into a new 188-unit rental building in a burgeoning Long Island City neighborhood. The building also features 1,150 square feet of retail. Rose’s team re-engineered the original unit layout and mix to generate a higher per-square-foot value and increase the debt and third-party equity available for the project.
