Alex Chin is the Vice President, Senior Controller, and Director of Finance at Rose Associates. He joins Rose from Empire State Realty Trust, where he managed the transactional accounting functions for a diverse portfolio of REIT properties, including 9.5 million square feet of commercial space and 727 residential units. With over 25 years of experience as a controller at various real estate firms in the tri-state area, Alex brings extensive expertise in financial management. He is a graduate of Rider University and a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.
