Christopher Gibaldi
Managing Director, Development
Christopher Gibaldi is focused on managing internal and third-party teams including architects, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors in the execution of pre-development and development efforts of Rose Associates projects.
Since joining Rose Associates in 2011, Christopher has managed the construction of the 188-unit Maximillian in Long Island City and the 181-unit Larstrand on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, as well as the adaptive reuse of the historic 1.0 million sf 70 Pine Street from an office building into a mixed-use residential/hotel/retail tower. Christopher is also working on the entitlement of 440 Hamilton Avenue in White Plains and pre-development efforts for a 400+ unit development in southern Westchester County.
