Dawn Curto

Dawns Curto oversees the Multifamily portfolio of Rose Associates and third-party owned properties. Her focus is on operations and is skilled at meeting owner objectives while focusing on customer service and associate development.
Dawn joined the Rose team with 30 years of experience in high end multifamily property management throughout the Northeast. She has extensive experience in ground-up development and has overseen successful lease-ups of more than 30 buildings with 6000+ units. Prior to joining Rose Associates in 2019, Dawn was the Senior Vice President of Operations for Roseland Management Company where she jointly oversaw the overall operations of 10,000+ units.
